Notice of New Client Contact Policies
New Policy Start Date: February 1, 2025.
In an effort to serve our client base better, we have decided to enact new polices to help the flow of our client process. Traditionally, most clients call the firm or send correspondence by email or text, leading to information being held in many locations, and our phone lines being tied up all day.
After over 20 years of practicing law, you could imagine that our client base has become substantial. In order to reduce secondary requests for information, and to streamline our communication process, we request that all clients follow the new policies and procedures set forth below.
New Phone Policy
Please be advised that every Monday & Thursday, the Law Office will not accept any incoming calls. If you call on either Monday or Thursday, your call will be automatically forwarded to voicemail. From there, we still welcome you to leave a message for us, however, there are more appropriate channels for a quicker response.
On Mondays & Thursdays our office primarily handles client meetings and signings of legal documents. A legal signing requires our entire staff to be present in one room. As such, it is impossible for us to also answer the phone for other clients at that moment. Currently, our office phone simply rings off the hook while we are in said meetings. As you could imagine, this leads to a distracting environment, when we need to be providing our full attention to the clients that are in front of us. Even if we could answer your call during a signing, our staff would be limited at taking your name, number, and a message. As such, it makes the most sense to not accept incoming calls on these days entirely.
This does not mean that you are not allowed to contact us on Mondays or Thursdays, additionally it does not prevent us from contacting you on either Mondays or Thursdays. This just means that we have new and improved methods to field your concerns and legal matters, which will be described below.
Walk In Policy
As a general rule, we do not accept walk in's from existing clients. Mondays & Thursdays are with no exception - if you would like to schedule an appointment with the firm, please do so using our appointment booking tool. You can access that here. Please consider scheduling an appointment, prior to showing up during another client's scheduled appointment time. Thank you in advance for your compliance.

NEW CLIENT PORTAL
This new client portal is going to completely change and enhance the way we communicate with our clients from start to finish. Going forward, all new clients will communicate through the client portal, and existing clients will be transitioned over on a case by case basis.
The client portal works with our mainframe system that will connect our communications securely, delivering each message and document directly into your case file.
Now we are able to send and request documents through this portal, making a history log for the lifetime of the matter. Meaning, that all of our shared documents can be securely held in one place for you to access 24/7. If you have a question or concern on a recent communication or document you receive from our office, you will have the ability to directly message us through the same client portal.
We hope that you will be as excited as we are for the launch of this new portal. We strongly believe that this portal will lead the way in streamlining our communications with our clients. Our goal is to make it easier for all of us to be on the same page, and to reduce the wait time on requests for case status updates.
If you are an exisiting client, and not yet using the client portal, you may request access to your client portal using this form here. Your request will be processed, and you will receive notification once your client portal has been activated.
We look forward to communicating with each and every one of you through this client portal.
See you there!
