The Woman Behind it All,

Marcella A. Taylor, P.A.

Before becoming an attorney, Marcella worked as a paralegal for many years during her young adult life.

In 1996, Marcella had her second and youngest child, Gabriel, who was born very sick required around the clock attention and medical appointments. Fearing that she would not be able to provide for her family of now four, she decided to pursue further education towards becoming an attorney.

Marcella attended the University of North Florida, where she earned a Bachelor of Criminal Justice degree. Post graduate, she attended Florida Coastal School of Law. Fast forward to 2002 - where Marcella graduated from Law School and her son Gabriel graduated from kindergarten.

Directly out of law school Marcella worked as an attorney with a firm in Jacksonville - quickly she realized that she could open her own practice!

The Law Office of Marcella A. Taylor has been in full service ever since, helping thousands of clients in the greater Jacksonville area.

Some clients may remember our first office, back on Faye road. We have grown a lot since those days, but have not forgotten our community roots where this law firm was originally founded over 20 years ago.

After outgrowing the physical location at Faye road, and in order to provide services closer to our clients - we moved to New Berlin road, where we remained for a few years.

Most clients will be familiar with this office - located on North Main Street. We actually had two suites here over the almost 10 years spent here!

Unfortunately, our suite was sold by our landlord - and we were forced to consider either buying or moving locations.

We choose to leave this location, to move less than 2 miles down the street.

Bringing us to Current Date:

We are now proudly located in the Peeples Family complex - Right outside of the north entrance of the River City Market Place. We may have moved a few times over the last 20 years, but our dedication to practicing law has remained the same.
